system?<\/strong><\/h3><p>The system (or systemic approach) is interested in <strong>the whole<\/strong> Elements in interaction rather than each one in isolation.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Global vision<\/strong> : Each person, each idea or each relationship is part of a larger ecosystem.<\/li><li><strong>Interactions before explanations<\/strong> : The goal is not to find who or what is responsible, but to understand <strong>how<\/strong> the elements interact.<\/li><li><strong>Focus on the present and the future<\/strong> : it is a question of stimulating a new dynamic, more adapted, rather than getting bogged down in the analysis of the past.<\/li><\/ul><p>In a coaching context, the systemic approach makes it possible to take a \u201cmulti-level\u201d look at the issues, taking into account the different subsystems (individuals, teams, environment, etc.).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong> Why use the systemic approach?<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li><strong>Adopt an overview<\/strong> : ideal for solving complex problems where multiple factors intersect.<\/li><li><strong>Get out of the culprit<\/strong> : We prefer collective solutions where everyone becomes an actor of change.<\/li><li><strong>Promote involvement<\/strong> : By bringing out what makes sense for the group, we more easily mobilize the energies.<\/li><li><strong>Projecting yourself to the \u201cN+1\u201d goal<\/strong> : Beyond the immediate demand, we identify a higher and more mobilizing goal.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>What are the benefits?<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Enhanced cooperation<\/strong> : By favoring global dynamics, the systemic approach encourages co-responsibility and cohesion.<\/li><li><strong>Emerging solutions<\/strong> : new tracks appear focusing on the operation of the system rather than on the faults of each one.<\/li><li><strong>A more serene posture<\/strong> : guilt decreases and creativity system into my approach?<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li><strong>See the whole rather than the isolated individual<\/strong><ul><li>Identify all the actors and their interactions to better understand the global dynamic.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Stay in neutral posture<\/strong><ul><li>Accompany without judging, questioning \"how to communicate\" rather than \"who is wrong\".<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Use systemic tools<\/strong><ul><li>Constellations, systemic drawings, metaphors: methods that make links visible and promote awareness.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Strengthen self-regulation<\/strong><ul><li>Empower everyone, aim for an objective beyond the immediate problem.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Manage your own influence<\/strong><ul><li>Recognize that the coach is already modifying the system, and make sure to let the group continue to evolve independently.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p>Thanks to this approach, we leave the \u201cwho is right or wrong\u201d logic to adopt a broader vision: <strong>How to act together<\/strong> to transform the system and create a new, more satisfying balance.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>In summary<\/strong><\/h3><p>The systemic approach offers a <strong>glance<\/strong> on situations and allows <strong>co-build<\/strong> durable solutions.
